Disappointed...

Very disappointing... I expected to be enlightened, but I found nothing that is not well known by those of us who suffer from Cardio issues. I was initially deterred by the steep price of $11.99 for just 148 pages, but having followed this author on Fox News spots I went against my better judgment and made the purchase anyway! Keep your money and talk with your personal Cardiologist or do some computer research to learn more about a particular issue you might be experiencing.

Read the book from library. Though I am a computer science graduate and have limited knowledge of the biological reasons , I like reading random books and this happens to be in my recently arrival section. The best part was I could read the entire book in one go and understand. Being a son, brother and a boyfriend, I felt it was important for me to understand what the book was trying to convey, because the preface caught my attention.
I loved the book.
