This little book sets forth an excellent and very thorough timeline of Ebola-related events

Everywhere you look, Ebola is in the news. With so much sensationalism surrounding the disease, it is hard to discern truth from non-truth. Finally, the facts are presented in a straightforward, practical and sensible manner. The Ebola Survival Guide is a timely, informative pocket guide to Ebola. It covers the basics in an easy-to-read format. And, it points you to additional resources along the way.
This little book sets forth an excellent and very thorough timeline of Ebola-related events, helping the layperson understand the history of Ebola. It tells you exactly how the virus can be contracted and equally important how it cannot be contracted alleviating some of the tension surrounding Ebola. It gives a quick reference guide to the signs and symptoms of Ebola; then, describes precautionary measures to reduce the risk of infection.
Finally, it provides a good base list of supplies to have on hand in case of an Ebola outbreak. The basic supplies suggested double as an emergency preparedness kit for other prepping situations as well. And, it guides you to more advanced lists and other resources as well. Overall, an extremely helpful little pocket guide telling the truth about Ebola and setting forth sensible preparedness measures.

Very informative Ebola survival guide

I was very impressed with this Ebola survival guide. I reside in the U.S. and the recent Ebola occurrences in the country put a scare in me and made me want to be more knowledgeable of the aspects of the disease. This author is credible and relayed accurate information from trusted sources. I found that other Ebola survival guides were not as comprehensive and helpful as this one. This book clarified many questions I had about the disease such as background and history, methods of transmission, complete list of signs and symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, the specific steps to take in order to protect me and my family, prevention methods, and how to prepare for an outbreak and survive during the outbreak. I recommended this book to all my family and friends. It is definitely worth having for present and future use.

Really great read!

I really enjoyed this book. This book went into detail about the history of this virus, and how it is transferred from person to person. I have three young kids, one in public school, so when you hear about something as serious as Ebola going around, you start to worry. Thankfully this book put my worry at ease. There is a list of signs a symptoms, ways to prevent getting the virus, and treatment. This is a very useful book to have on hand and to have read. I highly recommend this book.
