Indeed, this book is an intelligent source of recipes for a healthy diabetic diet and this is very valuable for diabetic people. I'm so glad that I found this book, my father-in-law needs some help with his condition and this will be my mom-in-law's guide book. This will make cooking and preparing foods for him an easier task now. What I love about this book is that it includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, side dishes, snacks, and even desserts. And most of all it has a prepared meal plan good for 30 days! Very complete! My mom-in-law will be ecstatic to have this book!

Having been dealing with diabetes I am always looking for advice and guidance on the best diet for someone who has these health issues. This book was a great read with tons of practical advice on what types of foods and drinks to avoid as well as which ones you should steer towards. I thought the daily plan was also really helpful for me as well. Overall I got exactly what I wanted out of this book and I would recommend it to others who are dealing with diabetes. The information was valuable and the author did a really nice job with presenting the info.
