Just a little pearl for all Black Ops fans

The Black Ops fans are really being spoiled with these short novella Cindy Gerard has written! And she writes so well, that even in the short novella, you get the to the characters.
Reed and Tink were so much fun to get to know in their own novel, and this novella brings all their best qualities out as well. Reed is a hoot with his easy going, flirting ways, and Tink is just TInk - strong, stubborn, and fierce.
The love they have for each other run in very deep waters, and makes me smile while reading.
This novella is full of action, gun fight, flirting, and adoration for each other. Just a little pearl for all Black Ops fans ~ Five spoons!

Story was very good but too short-a husband and wife team during an op the husband gets shot and the wife ends up hosin down the area while trying to contact the other team for help. It was like a short story to see if you like her black ops series.

I enjoy all of Cindy Gerard's books, her characters and dialogue are always entertaining, and well developed at a good pace. My favorite couple is Johnny Duane and Crystal and their book remains one of the books that I like to revisit. I was excited to see that she had written a short story featuring these two, and it didn't disappoint. Packed with Johnny's trademark humor and Tink's sass, this made for an enjoyable read.
I highly recommend this book for those who have followed the series, and for those who haven't, then I recommend they start with the first book in the series and keep on going.
